A hell of a day

this happened last Valentines day (2008),my father and I got up early ’cause we have to deliver valentine’s day flowers to the good old rich people living in Alabang,…I’m still not in college so I help out with our family business, anyway, after our stop on Alabang my father started hearing a funny noise coming from the engine,when we reached the express way we heard a loud ” TaK” ,like we ran over something,then my father quickly realized that the breaks were gone,I was like

“oh shit” (followed by a sign of the cross)

Thankfully it was rush hour and cars were running at 20 kph,my father used the hand break as our breaks,then we wen’t to the nearest gasoline station and eventually after 2 hours the car was fixed by a mechanic named “Boy” apparently the problem was the alternator thingy…after that,we were on our way home and was stuck in traffic for 3 hours, which leads me in writing this journal entry on a piece of envelope I found In my father’s Van…
